Schindewolf Intermediate School
Eight years ago Klein ISD introduced a new Intermediate school to their district. This school is now in it’s 4th full year of operation and is home to over 1,100 students. At over 180,000 sq. ft. Schindewolf contains 14 AHUs and 3 chill water units.
Klein Collins High School
This High School opened it’s doors five years ago and was proclaimed to be one of the largest schools in Texas. Klein Collins HS services about 2300 students ranging in grades 9 – 12 and spreading out just under 600,000 sq. ft. that includes an indoor pool.
Included in the construction of this project are 3 Chillers totaling 1800 tons, a 250,000 gal. thermal storage tank
and two 12,000,000 btu Boilers. The HVAC system includes 24 VAV AHUs, 5 OAHUs, 15 single zone AHUs,
and over 200 VAV Boxes.
Texas Air National Guard
Three years ago the Texas Air National Guard commissioned two new buildings to be constructed. One building to be used as a Civil Engineering Building while the other as a Base Supply Building.
Civil Engineering Building – This project consists of one air handler driving 31 VAV Boxes.
Base Supply Building – This project consists of two air handler units and 15 VAV Boxes.
